Magdalen’s Wilde: An exhibition in the Old Library, Magdalen College, Oxford
Running from 16th October 2024- 16th April 2025, this exhibition commemorates the 150th anniversary of Oscar Wilde’s arrival at Magdalen, exploring his four years as a student of the college, and the sensational life which followed. Magdalen’s Wilde is curated by Dr Sophie Duncan, Research Fellow, and Ms Anne Chesher, College Librarian.

If you are interested in seeing our current exhibition in the Longwall Library, but are not a member of Magdalen, please get in touch with the library team (library@magd.ox.ac.uk) to arrange a visit during our staffed hours (Monday – Friday, 09:00-12:45, 13:45-17:00)
Please note that the exhibition is free, but that Magdalen College charges an entrance fee to some visitors. Click here for details of admission and access to Magdalen College.
