Magdalen College has a range of meeting rooms of varying capacities, from the 160-seater Grove Auditorium, to the Old Practice Room seating 14. Use of the Auditorium includes full audio-visual services such as the projection of data or DVD, with microphones and sound amplification. Smaller rooms are provided with a whiteboard, and can be equipped with data, slide or overhead projection at additional cost. Refreshments can be served at intervals as required.
A Day-Delegate Rate is offered to include use of meeting room and audio-visual services, two refreshment breaks, and a self-service lunch in Hall.
Day meetings for 15 – 160 are available in university vacations, and throughout the year we can offer day meetings for up to 160 in the Grove Auditorium.
