Private Dining is available throughout the year in the Terry Newport Room, seating a minimum of 22 and maximum of 44 Terry Newport Room; and in vacations in the Hall seating a minimum of 60 and maximum of 160 Hall.
Pre-Dinner drinks can be held on a College Lawn in summer months Receptions or in the Old Kitchen Bar Old Kitchen Bar. The New Room has an Ante-Room where pre-dinner drinks and after-dinner coffee can be served.
We offer a selection of seasonal menus from which you are invited to select three or four courses. Menus have been planned to balance cooking styles, texture, colour, flavour and presentation. However, it is also possible to exchange a starter or pudding to create an alternative menu for your dinner if you have a preference.
Details on dish allergens will be provided. Some of your guests may have special dietary requirements and we can cater for these to compliment the menu selected.
Menus are a set price of three or four courses, including coffee & mints. Wines are charged in addition as consumed (bottles opened). There is an additional facility fee to hire the venue for private dining.
