Junior Research Fellows (JRFs) at Magdalen are early-career researchers who come to Magdalen to further their academic work. They’re sometimes referred to as Fellows by Examination. These fellowships support individuals in the final stages of their doctoral studies or in the initial years following the completion of their DPhil. All appointments made based on research excellence.
