Mrs Anna Busby

Background

Having completed a BA (Hons) in Arts Management I worked for several years in this field before realising that the Human Resources element of my role was the area I enjoyed the most. In 2011 I completed my MA and was awarded Chartered Membership of the CIPD. I previously worked in HR for a large publishers and a small Bio-tech before joining Magdalen in 2012.

Role in the College

My role as Human Resources Manager is to develop all aspects of Human Resources within the College. I also advise and support managers in areas such as recruitment, employee review and succession planning, training, absence management and employee relations, and ensure that HR policies are applied in a fair and consistent manner throughout the College.
