Open Days Accommodation Booking

Please use the form below to request accommodation for the 2023 June Open Days.

Magdalen is able to provide one (1) night of accommodation, free of charge, on a room-only basis for students and school groups travelling to Oxford from beyond a 70-mile radius. We are unfortunately unable to provide accommodation for parents/carers, friends, or siblings. Priority will be given to UK state school students and groups.

Accommodation is available on the nights of Tuesday 27th and Wednesday 28th June.

For group accommodation bookings, the maximum number is 10 students and 1 accompanying teacher. Since open day places are primarily for students, we are unable to accommodate a second teacher in the place of another student. We are unable to block book without full student names. Teachers must notify us of any changes in student details.

Please note that we do not offer parking facilities.
