The first of a new series of awards from the Calleva Research Centre for Evolution and Human Science at Magdalen College has been awarded to a project run by Magdalen Fellow Professor Tim Barraclough.
The project will focus on new approaches to plant disease control using RNA-based technology, informed by the evolutionary histories of fungal pathogens. Tim’s team will bring together expertise in plant science, evolutionary biology, economics, and industrial research and development.
The work of Tim and his team will be discussed at an upcoming Calleva Centre Seminar on Thursday 17th November.
