New Appointments to Chapel and Choir

The College has made two new appointments to Fellowships connected to the Chapel and Choir.

Dr Jonathan Arnold will start as the new Dean of Divinity on 1 July.  He is currently Chaplain at Worcester College, Oxford and is a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society. He will take over from the interim Dean of Divinity Richard Lloyd-Morgan who has been in post since January, following Michael Piret’s move to a position in the United States after 21 years as Dean of Divinity.

Mark Williams will start as the new Informator Choristarum (Choir Master), Organist and Tutorial Fellow in Music from 1 January 2017.  He is currently Director of Music, Fellow and College Lecturer at Jesus College Cambridge. Previously he has been Director of Music at St Paul’s Cathedral School and Assistant Organist at St Paul’s Cathedral. The current Informator, Daniel Hyde, is moving to be Organist and Director of Music at St Thomas Church, New York in September.
