We warmly invite you and a guest to an evening at the London Review Bookshop with Professor Guy Leschziner, who will be discussing his acclaimed book Seven Deadly Sins: The Biology of Being Human. 

Recently named a Financial Times Best Book of 2024 and Independent Book of the Month, Seven Deadly Sins offers a compelling exploration of how ancient vices – lust, gluttony, greed, and more – are rooted in neuroscience, psychology, and genetics.

Professor Leschziner is a consultant neurologist at Guy’s and St Thomas’ and a leading expert in epilepsy and sleep medicine. He studied at Magdalen College and Imperial College, London and is a frequent lecturer, author, and broadcaster.
