College Teaching Room Booking Form (term-time dates only)

The College rooms listed below are available for teaching/tutorial purposes.

Tutors who are teaching Magdalen College students may request the use of a public teaching room during term-time (Weeks 1-8) using the on-line request form below (for bookings held during the Vacations please contact Magdalen’s Conference and Accommodation Office at accommodation@magd.ox.ac.uk). Please note that on-line bookings are requests, not confirmed bookings.  After receipt of the on-line requests confirmation of actual bookings will be sent to you by the Tutorial Administrator who will have booked the sessions into the CABS system.  Please allow at least 24 hours’ notice in advance of the event.

In addition, the following rooms can be booked by Senior Members of the College only:

For any changes to original bookings please email the Tutorial Administrator directly at: tutorial.administrator@magd.ox.ac.uk

Requests for bookings of these rooms on dates during vacations should be forwarded to the Conference and Accommodation Office (accommodation@magd.ox.ac.uk).

Students wishing to book these rooms for social events, or society/club meetings should seek the permission of the Deans, via the Student Support Administrator (studentsupport@magd.ox.ac.uk) and complete the on-line Student Room Booking Form, found on the internal pages of the College website.
