All members of the College are invited to attend the third annual Ewen Green Memorial Lecture, to be held in the Magdalen College Auditorium at 5 pm on Thursday 15 October. The event marks the life and work of Dr Ewen Green, Tutorial Fellow in Modern British History.
This year, the lecture will be given by Dr Jon Lawrence (Cambridge) on ‘“Affluent” Workers and the Politics of Everyday Life, 1945–1963’. There will be a wine reception after the lecture.
There is no charge and booking is not required.
