Background
Worked in the NHS for more than 20 years supporting and managing the recruitment of the Medical Profession giving advice on Terms and Conditions of Service for Medical Staff and general employment law. I commenced employment with the College in April 2011 and became a permanent member of staff in June 2012.
Role in the College
Support the Human Resources Adviser in the daily function of the department, giving support and advice to Line Managers and staff as required.
