Are you employing AI in HR decisions, or is AI employing you?
This panel discussion will look at how AI is being used in the workplace and the legal implications for both employers and employees. The panel will be chaired by Helen Mountfield KC (Magdalen College, 1986), Principal of Mansfield College, with speakers Professor Jeremias Adams-Prassl, Professor of Law at Magdalen College, Schona Jolly KC (Magdalen College, 1993) and Phil Linnard (Keble College, 2000), Partner at Slaughter and May.
After the discussion there will be the opportunity to network with fellow alumni over drinks and canapés.
