A law event and talk by Justice of the Supreme Court, Lord Briggs (1973) on “Access to Civil Justice since the Civil Courts Structure Review in 2016,” kindly hosted by Dipen Sabharwal KC (2001).
Lord Briggs was appointed as a Lord Justice of Appeal in 2013 and was the judge in charge of the Chancery Modernisation Review in 2013. He led the Civil Courts Structure Review in 2015 to 2016 and in January 2016 he was appointed Deputy Head of Civil Justice. The talk will be followed by drinks and canapés.
