Nikki Emerson (3rd year Physiological Sciences) came 9th in the women’s wheelchair race in this year’s London Marathon. This is a wonderful achievement, especially considering it was Nikki’s first time competing in a Marathon. She finished the 26.2 mile course in 3 hours 17 minutes.
