Magdalen Top of Norrington Table
Magdalen College has come top of the 2010 Norrington table – the table which compares the performance of the undergraduates of the Oxford colleges in their final examinations. This is the first time Magdalen has achieved top position and a record score for any college was obtained. Over half the Magdalen finalists got First Class honours this year.
Professor David Clary, President of Magdalen said ‘The College congratulates our finalists on their exceptional examination results. Congratulations are also due to their tutors whose inspired teaching is a major factor behind this success.’
