A typed and bound manuscript of a speech delivered to the P.G. Wodehouse society by C.E. “Tom Brown” Stevens on 15 Oct 1961, after a dinner held in honour of his 80th birthday.

A typescript of a speech proposing the controversial theory that Bertie Wooster was a fellow of Magdalen College. There is a note from Stevens, dated February 1964, giving the manuscript to the library. After the manuscript, John Morris (1910-1984; F. 1936-1977) provides a tongue in cheek critique of the theory, dated December 1974.
