Leather bound Pim’s Annual, 1908, edited by Herbert Pim. Inside the front cover is a handwritten note from Pim explaining that he is gifting the annual to Gordon in thanks for Gordon’s kindnesses to him. The annual itself is typed, with coloured hand-drawn illustrations, with humorous sketches, stories and comments. There is also a loose, single sheet, handwritten letter from Pim (address 2a, Brunswick Place, Hove, Sussex) to Gordon (as Vice-Chancellor of the University) asking Gordon to acknowledge that he has received the gift, as and when he has time to do so.

Green, hardback, 70 page typescript The Rose of Victory and Other Madrigals which have not appeared in his books of Poetry by Moore Pim. The front cover has the following inscription: “ ‘The Rose of Victory’ by Moore Pim, for Magdalen College, Oxford In Memory of the late President George Gordon.”
The book contains a typescript of 25 pieces of work and an introduction by Pim. There is also a handwritten note on the first page. There are 3 handwritten letters loose inside the front cover regarding the delivery of the book to the College Librarian (Dr Onions) by Reverend Adam Fox (Dean of Divinity).
