Photocopies of a Report of the Committee of Enquiry into Constitutional Development in the Smaller Colonial Territories, made in August 1951 (2 copies) and a memorandum on Smaller Colonial Territories by the Secretary of State for the Colonies, made in September 1955, with correspondence with Sir John Kerr. Dodds-Parker, although in opposition at the time, was involved in the production of the Report.

Itinerary for Dodds-Parker for a journey made in East Africa in the autumn of 1947. The year is not given, but in a letter to The Times of 1 March 1948, Dodds-Parker wrote that he spent two months in East Africa travelling on behalf of the Joint East African Board.
