A book of George V’s speeches, as a record of his Silver Jubilee. A letter (one sheet), dated 4 June 1935, from the Editor of King George’s Jubilee Trust (address: St. James’s Palace, S.W.) to Strutt, saying that the book is given to Mr. Strutt to thank him for his help and advice, has been permanently attached inside the cover.

N1/6 An undated note on a slip of Home Office paper that was with N1/5, presumably written by Strutt, states that the message was delivered in May 1945, after the Channel Islands were liberated.
