Open Day 2018 Accommodation Booking form: School Groups

We are able to offer free accommodation to school groups travelling to our Open Days from outside a 70-mile radius of Oxford, for up to 10 students plus one accompanying teacher, on a room-only basis for one night’s stay. Please complete the form below if you would like accommodation in order to be able to attend our Open Day. We will need a student name for each room you require. Block booking without student names will not be accepted. Please do not complete the form more than once. Meals

Meals will be available to purchase by students and the accompanying teacher staying overnight in College at an average cost of £6.00-£8.00 for dinner and £5.00 for breakfast. In order to give our Catering Department an idea of numbers please indicate whether you are likely to purchase any meals in College. Your response does not commit you to purchasing any meals. *
